2 for information on savings accounts, press 2
3 for information on loan accounts, press 3
4 for information on time deposit accounts, press 4

0 to speak with a customer service representative, press 0
Checking account menu
The system will ask you to enter your checking account number and then your pin number

1 for your balance, press 1
2 for previous account transactions, press 2
3 for deposit information, press 3
4 for specific transaction inquiry, press 4
5 for interest information, press 5
6 to change your pin number, press 6
7 for covered bridge credit information, press 7
8 to return to the main menu, press 8

Savings account menu
The system will ask you to enter your savings account number and then your pin number

1 for your balance, press 1
2 for previous account transactions, press 2
3 for deposit information, press 3
4 for inquiry by amount, press 4

Certificates of deposit menu
The system will ask you to enter your certificate of deposit account number and then your pin number

1 for your balance, press 1
2 for the last interest payment amount, press 2
3 for the maturity date, press 3
4 for accrued interest, press 4
5 for interest information, press 5
6 to change your pin number, press 6
8 to return to the main menu, press 8
9 to repeat this menu, press 9

Funds transfer menu

1 to transfer funds from a checking account, press 1
2 to transfer funds from a savings account, press 2
8 to return to the main menu, press 8

After you have entered your transfer, the system will repeat the information to you. If the information is correct, press 1 to complete the transfer. If the information is incorrect, press 2 to cancel the transfer. At this time the system will allow you to try again.
